Job summary

Churchill Retirement Living is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a new development in West Kirby. You will lead the on-site team, manage the full construction cycle, and ensure the project meets NHBC standards and deadlines.

Reporting to the Construction Director, the role covers health and safety, cost control, and co-ordination with trades, suppliers and internal teams. Hours are 7.30am–5.00pm with occasional overtime and calls-out.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management preferred.
• NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme preferred.
• Experience managing residential/apartment and retirement living developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction cycle from drawings to handover.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Coordinate trades, materials and site logistics.
• Control costs and maintain site presentation.
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines.
