The Clancy Group in Newport is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on multiple sites. You will manage direct employees and subcontractors, implement CDM checklist requirements, and oversee RAMS reviews, permits, and site inductions.

The role requires SMSTS accreditation and a full driving licence; travel between sites is essential. We offer a competitive salary (£50,000-£58,000) plus car/allowance, pension, healthcare and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as Power, Water, Gas, Highways etc.
• Experience as a Site Manager dealing with trenching / excavations; RC works, duct installation, cable pulling etc.
• Hold a current SMSTS accreditation.
• Full and valid driving licence is essential as you will travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Management of direct employees and subcontractors

• Reviewing and amending RAMS
• Issuing work permits e.g. permit to dig
