Job summary

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a new residential development in Watford. The role is a high-volume, fast-paced position on a 150-unit traditional build with a 50:50 private to housing association split.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring safety, programme, quality and strong collaboration with consultants and the wider project team. Long-term progression opportunities exist in North London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential new build.
• Strong traditional build experience.
• Ability to lead and develop Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.
• Strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and delivery.
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project safely, on programme and to required quality standards.
• Lead a team of subcontractors and site personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
• Deliver projects from start to finish in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
