Job summary

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is recruiting three Assistant Site Managers for three new residential developments in the UK. Each site will deliver 120–150 traditional-build units, offering a clear path to progression within the delivery team.

You will support the Site Manager daily, coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress, and uphold safety, quality and programme standards through to completion and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential new build.
• Strong knowledge of traditional construction methods.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Level 4 NVQ in Construction Management.
• Good health & safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day running of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Monitor progress against programme and milestones.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure build standards.
• Support health & safety across the site.
