Job summary

Guildmore is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Midlands & North team, based in Leeds. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, working closely with the project team, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget.

You will lead, motivate and develop the site team, chair coordination meetings, review drawings for buildability, and manage design

Qualifications

• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
• Ideally 10+ years site experience.
• Strong residential and high-rise construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with the project team, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget.
• Chair site coordination and subcontractor progress meetings.
• Coordinate design information and resolve technical queries.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop the site team; set clear objectives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing site culture.
• Identify risks, delays and opportunities to maintain progress.
