Qualifications

• Proven experience managing housing or residential construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Detailed knowledge of NHBC and Building Control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure housing projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Manage and coordinate all site activities, including supervising subcontractors.
• Oversee all site documentation, progress reporting, and programme management.
• Monitor and maintain quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Manage materials, site logistics, and cost control in line with project objectives.
