Bellway is seeking a Site Manager for a residential development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead health and safety, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and drive the build programme to meet NHBC and Building Regulations standards.

You will oversee site presentation, quality control, and customer-focused handovers, with opportunities to develop junior site staff. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant construction qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager with a high-volume residential builder.
• GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above.
• Valid CSCS Card at Site Manager level, SMSTS, First Aid.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day running of the development and direct site teams.
• Lead health and safety procedures with HSE managers.
• Coordinate labour and resources to deliver the build programme.
• Ensure NHBC standards and Building Regulations compliance.
• Maintain site presentation and record-keeping for audits.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and sales teams.
