Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a technically demanding civil engineering project involving drainage, reinforced concrete and steel-framed works. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor safety, quality and environmental standards to ensure compliance with drawings and programme.

Experience with Tier 1 contractors and regulated sectors such as nuclear/Network Rail is highly advantageous; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on civil/structural projects.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of drainage, concrete and steel frame works.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work packages and subcontractors.
• Solid HSEQ understanding and RAMS review.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet programme, drawings and specs.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Review RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Provide regular progress updates to Project Manager and client reps.
