Blayze Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship RC frame residential development in North London. You will manage a site team, drive programme performance and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee client and consultant relationships, coordinate subcontractors and provide regular progress updates to senior management. This long-term contract offers stability on a high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with proven track record delivering large-scale RC frame residential developments.
• Experience with a residential developer or main contractor.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a large RC frame residential development.
• Mentor and coordinate a site team of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.
• Chair progress meetings with specialist subcontractors and drive programme performance.
• Monitor health, safety, quality and programme across all work packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with client, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to high quality standards.
