Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for infrastructure projects, delivering work safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 5–7 years of site management experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget. Travel to multiple project sites and valid safety certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in site management for infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities).
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day-to-day on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and report on deviations.
• Control project costs, manage budgets, and approve expenditures within authorized limits.
• Oversee the quality of work, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, daily logs, and other required documentation.
• Procure materials, plant, and equipment as necessary, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Train, mentor, and motivate site personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Implement and maintain site security measures.
