Job summary

Ernest and Florent is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end residential refurbishments in London. You will manage programme, labour and scope on a £2M+ project, supervising a Site Manager with admin and director support from a well-resourced team.

Based between SW London/Surrey offices and site, you will drive complex refurbishments, oversee finishes, and ensure meticulous delivery. A competitive salary (£65k-£85k) and pension are on offer.

Qualifications

• High-end residential refurbishment experience
• Experience in complex refurbishments with high-end finishes
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Projects and Procore

Responsibilities

• Manage programme, labour and scope of works on a single project
• Oversee Site Manager and provide site-based leadership with admin support
• Coordinate with directors and a well-resourced team as needed
• Maintain high-end finishes and client satisfaction
