• Oversee refurbishments and extensions on bespoke residential projects (Chelsea) and manage site teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and client liaison to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain high quality finishes and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Uphold health and safety standards and site governance.
