Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking a Site Manager for high-end residential refurbishments, extensions and new builds in Kent. The role involves overseeing a £8 million refurbishment project and leading a skilled site team near Tunbridge Wells, with strong emphasis on quality and bespoke detailing.

The ideal candidate has extensive high-end residential experience, proven budget control of £5 million+ projects, and excellent leadership and drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• High end/Prime residential experience required.
• Managing £5 million+ budgets.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Competent with drawings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site operations at a Kent site near Tunbridge Wells.
• Lead refurbishment, extension and new build works to high-end dwellings.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor and admin.
