Ingenium Search Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist recycling business to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a busy Preston processing site. You will be the senior on-site decision-maker, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient treatment of end-of-life displays and meters, with focus on environmental permits and AATF status.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong grasp of environmental permits and hazardous waste requirements.
• Experience leading 50+ people on site.
• Budget and KPI management experience.
• Hands-on, floor-present leadership style.

Responsabilités

• Lead health, safety and wellbeing across a 50+ staff site.
• End-to-end control of meter operations and depollution tasks.
• Oversee display dismantling and hazardous fraction handling.
• Plan labour, equipment and logistics to meet targets.
• Own budgets, report KPIs, and manage stakeholder relations.
• Develop and engage the supervisory team; drive continuous improvement.
