O’Neill & Brennan are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a circa £7m recladding project in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, and programme delivery, with responsibility for coordinating subcontractors and supply chains to ensure on-time completion.

Candidates should have a strong background in site management within the facades, cladding or external envelope sector, and a proven track record delivering specialist
