Job summary

Allison Homes, an award-winning private housebuilder, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction on a new housing development in the East Midlands region. You will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, manage a site team and subcontractors, and work with Sales, Technical and Commercial colleagues to maximise value.

Experience in residential multi-plot environments and NHBC standards essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in site management within residential housebuilding.
• Proven track record delivering large multi-plot developments on time and budget.
• Strong NHBC and Building Regulations knowledge.
• Commercial budget control experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; COINS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver on-site construction from pre-start to handover.
• Mentor site team, subcontractors, and labour to achieve targets.
• Uphold health, safety, and CDM compliance.
• Ensure build quality meets NHBC and internal standards.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Commercial teams.
• Champion customer care through construction and handover.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
