Job summary

Bloor Homes in Ashby, Midlands, invites applications for a Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager) to lead a new build residential development. You will plan, coordinate trades, ensure quality and safety, manage customer handovers, and drive the site to meet programme.

A full driving licence and SMSTS/First Aid are essential, with excellent leadership and communication skills expected. You’ll receive support through strong training, good benefits and long-term career progression within a company

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience as a Site Manager on a new build residential site.
• Proven ability to manage jobs from inception to completion.
• SMSTS and First Aid training held.
• Strong project planning and site Health & Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and record progress using approved methods.
• Maintain high-quality builds in line with standards.
• Handle customer queries during production cycle.
• Appoint and manage employed and labour-only sub-contractors.
• Coordinate labour and materials to meet programme.
• Monitor output and sign off work for payment.
• Organise inspections under Building Regulations and liaise with inspectors.
• Supervise road and sewer construction on site.
• Coordinate services connections for occupations.
• Carry out pre-completion inspections with purchasers.
