360 Recruitment is seeking a Site / Works Manager to deliver a £10 million civil engineering package in Cheshire. You will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, manage multiple fronts and supervise subcontractors, plant and labour to meet programme targets.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, strong leadership and a proven track record in earthworks, drainage or highways projects. You will liaise with engineers and clients, monitor progress and drive safety, quality and productivity on

Formación

• Experience leading civil site teams on earthworks, drainage or highways projects.
• Strong management of multi-front site operations and subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations to meet programme targets.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and plant operations.
• Coordinate earthworks, drainage and highways packages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Drive programme delivery and maintain productivity targets.
• Plan labour, plant and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Liaise with engineers, clients, subcontractors and wider project team.
• Monitor progress and report on project performance.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays.
