Job summary

Ex-Mill Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. This role requires leadership on live sites, coordination of subcontractors, and delivering work safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will work with Project Managers, subcontractors and client representatives, plan labour and materials, maintain records, and drive progress across industrial, logistics and major

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required on site management roles.
• CSCS card demonstrated competence for construction sites.
• First Aid at Work certification is mandatory.
• Full UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across live construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, suppliers and site logistics.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within scope and quality.
• Plan labour, materials and plant to support efficient site delivery.
• Promote and maintain health, safety, environmental and quality culture.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and look-ahead planning.
