Zusammenfassung

Alpha Labour and Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Site Manager for a Pudsey, Leeds project. You will take ownership of site delivery, manage health and safety, RAMS, planning and co-ordination of works, labour, plant and subcontractors.

The role requires strong experience in roads, drainage and civils, and familiarity with Tier 1 contractor environments. You will maintain site records and liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, client and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Requires hands-on site leadership and delivery ownership.
• Experience managing civil works including roads and drainage.
• Experience working with or alongside Tier 1 contractors.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS and site procedures.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Solid health and safety, planning, documentation and delivery standards.

• Manage day-to-day site operations and delivery to programme
• Oversee health & safety management and RAMS implementation
• Plan and coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors
• Supervise site activities and ensure documentation is up to date
• Maintain site records and handovers with Project Manager and client
• Liaise with engineers, client and subcontractors on site issues
