Job summary

Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-end residential project based in Chichester. You will lead site operations on a recently started £8m seafront new build with a focus on fine finishes and carpentry excellence.

Working with a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee refurbishments and new builds across £1m–£10m projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence and client satisfaction in the South of England.

Qualifications

• High-end residential experience with budgets £500k+
• Experience delivering bespoke refurbishments or new builds
• Proven carpentry background with attention to finishes
• Strong IT skills for site management systems
• Excellent organisational and team management abilities
• Solid construction industry background

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on a £8m seafront new build project.
• Coordinate refurbishment and new build works across projects £1m–£10m.
• Work with senior PM and trades to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
