Job summary

Ernest and Florent Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Sussex-based high-end residential project. You will lead on-site operations for a multi-million build, delivering exceptional finishes on time and to budget.

The role requires strong organisation, team leadership and carpentry awareness, with solid IT skills and a background in construction. You will oversee subcontractors and coordinate complex fit-out works across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• High end residential experience 2 million+ budgets.
• Experiences in fine finishes.
• Carpentry background is preferred.
• Solid IT skills.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills.
• Construction background.

Responsibilities

• Based on a 5 million new build project in Sussex, oversee site operations and delivery of high-end finishes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage trades to ensure quality and schedule.
• Implement site safety, quality control and on-site problem solving.
