Job summary

Ernest and Florent is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious high-end residential project based in Chichester. You will oversee a£8m seafront new build and manage a skilled on-site team across refurbishments and new builds in the South East.

The role offers stability, progression and strong support from a leading contractor. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry background, proven experience with fine finishes, solid IT skills and excellent organisational and team management

Qualifications

• High-end residential experience with budgets of £500k+.
• Experience delivering fine finishes on bespoke projects.
• Carpentry background and hands-on understanding of joinery.
• Solid IT skills for site reporting and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a high-end residential build on a seafront site (£8m project).
• Lead the on-site team and coordinate with PMs, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure quality, programme, safety and site logistics meet project targets.

Site Manager

A High-End refurbishment and new build Main contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Chichester based High-End new build Resi project.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments and newbuilds they have recently won a few new projects which means organic growth.

The company are a larger Main Contractor and have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work across the South-East of England.

You'll be working closely with a Senior Project Manager.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on a £8 million new build seafront property.

The basement element is nearly complete and they are starting on the structure.

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds around the £1 million - £10 million mark.
