Fawkes & Reece Group invites a Senior Site Manager for a Blackburn development of 200 homes to lead on-site teams, drive the build programme and ensure safety, quality and budget targets are met.

Ideally you have a trade background (joinery/bricklaying) with CIOB Site Management, strong leadership and liaison skills; a comprehensive benefits package includes car allowance, bonus and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams for residential developments.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality and budget.
• Strong communication with Contractors, Subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team and manage the build programme.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental policies and NHBC requirements.
• Maintain accurate production/progress updates and run site meetings.
