Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a housing development in Burnley, delivering 200+ homes across 2–5 bed designs with landscaped public spaces. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the build programme and budget are met, maintaining health, safety and environmental standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build housing developments.
• Experience managing quality and health and safety to high standards.
• Experience dealing with customers on open market sale developments.
• SMSTS and first aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager to ensure programme and budgets are met.
• Supervise contractors and labour on site to maintain high workmanship.
• Manage materials and subcontractor call-offs to ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver on budget, minimize variations and delays, supervise site operations.
• Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and development team meetings.
• Assist with handover packs and ensure site security and tidy presentation.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors, NHBC inspectors and consultants.
