Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a long-term freelance basis in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on groundworks, concrete frame, and finishing stages, with responsibility for coordinating subcontractors and maintaining safety, programme and quality.

You will manage interfaces between trades, oversee multiple packages, and lead on-site coordination and delivery of complex works on a major project.

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager with Tier 1/main contractor experience.
• Experience managing concrete frame subcontractors.
• Solid groundworks experience.
• Knowledge of finishing trades and follow-on works.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple packages.
• Understanding of sequencing, programme and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certification.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a long-term freelance basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager with a strong groundworks, concrete frame and finishing background, looking to work on a major project with an established Tier 1 contractor.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing key areas of the project, including the concrete frame subcontractor and groundworks, as well as overseeing the finishing stages.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing interfaces between trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor
• Strong experience managing concrete frame subcontractors
• Solid groundworks experience
