Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will lead site teams, subcontractors and trades while maintaining strict Health & Safety, RAMS and project compliance on site.

Ideal candidates have proven senior site management experience with an SMSTS Black Card, strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager.
• SMSTS Black Card is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• MOD experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
