We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Regional Build team in Southampton.

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll work within the Site Team and be responsible for supporting the delivery of multi-million pound schemes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and directing subcontractor partners under the project manager's guidance to deliver work packages such as earthworks and RC structures.
2. Checking work carried out by subcontractors to ensure it aligns with the programme, design drawings, and quality standards.
3. Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements from subcontractors to ensure safe and appropriate working methods.
4. Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions to ensure full compliance with Kier standards.
5. Coordinating site logistics, including movement of plant and labour, to maintain safety on site.

• Experience in a similar position
• Relevant Construction Qualification (HND/Degree/SVQ) or Technical Trade
• SMSTS 5-Day Certification
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certification
