My client is a leading main building contractor. Due to a number of large project wins, they are looking for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor and will have experience delivering large design and build schemes, running from conception through to completion.

You will have worked as a Senior Site Manager as part of the Site management team delivering schemes over £10 million. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all teams of trades and labor on large fast-moving projects, ensuring all site activity is running to the strictest health and safety standards.

My client has a number of complex conversion projects with detailed engineering and restructures, ranging from £8 million to £25 million. They also have several industrial new build projects, so previous experience in these types of schemes would be advantageous.

To be considered, you must hold the following:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A valid SMSTS Card
• First Aid
• Those who have CIOB or NVQ qualifications would have a distinct advantage.
