The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Senior Site Manager ready to take charge of flagship builds across the North West? This is your chance to join a top-tier contractor delivering multi-million-pound commercial and residential schemes. Your input will be key in running a safe, productive, and high-quality site.
As a Senior Site Manager, you ll have full responsibility for site operations ensuring that each stage is delivered to spec, on time, and with total compliance. You ll be the driving force behind site performance and quality control.

Your Responsibilities
You ll take the lead on all site activity from pre-start to handover. As a Senior Site Manager, you ll manage subcontractors, set expectations, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and productivity. You ll report progress, anticipate issues, and coordinate closely with the Project Manager to keep delivery on track.
As a visible leader on site, your ability to maintain momentum and team morale will be crucial. You ll coach junior staff, communicate with clarity, and ensure the site runs efficiently from start to finish.
