Overview

Our client is a contractor who specialise in providing fit-out, design & build and refurbishment services for a diverse range of clients throughout the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming project this summer.

The project requires a complete refurbishment of a warehouse in Kettering.

Responsibilities

• Manage a refurbishment/warehouse project on site, coordinating multiple trades (carpenters, dry liners, handymen, painters, labourers, etc.).
• Manage the program and project schedule.
• Run the health and safety plan on site.
• Ensure effective communication and use of IT tools.

Qualifications

• Valid management CSCS qualification
• Valid SMSTS
• First Aid certification
• Previous site management experience on refurbishment/warehouse projects
• Experience with electrical and structural steel installation works
• Strong references – working references essential
