Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking to take on an exciting new challenge? Our client, a highly regarded construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, and public infrastructure sectors, is seeking a dedicated Senior Site Manager for a significant £10 million refurbishment project in Ayrshire.
This is a full-time, permanent role with the project set to wrap up around June 2026. Following this, you will have the opportunity to transition to other exciting confirmed projects across both the public and private sectors.
Competitive Salary: Up to £60,000 per year (DOE)

Manage Site Operations: Oversee all aspects of site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth, effective project delivery.
Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
Site Inspections: Regularly inspect work progress and quality to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Resource Management: Manage materials, labour, and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
Background: Ideally, a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for experience in trades or joinery.
Experience: A proven track record as a Site Manager with substantial experience in delivering projects within the construction industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, with proficiency in project management software.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring top-quality results.
