CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter, and manufacturer based in Romsey. We welcome outcome-driven applicants with excellent people skills.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager for a full-time position based in the South of England. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or hotel fit-outs and be willing to travel.

Business needs will dictate working hours, with site opening times typically from 7am to 7pm or 7.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Sunday.

The Primary Outcomes of the Senior Site Manager:

• Customer Satisfaction

The Key Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager:

• Maintain constant communication with colleagues and customers
• Ensure a safe working environment and deliver Toolbox Talks (TBTs)
• Manage customer relationships
• Manage materials and plant resources timely
• Report daily near misses
• Own overall site safety
• Deliver operations in line with Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Ensure project delivery on time
• Manage subcontractors and operatives attendance
• Record and report site issues
• Complete and upload all site documentation
• Conduct site audits
• Follow up on outstanding information from internal and external customers

The Experience Required:

• Experience in hotel or restaurant fit-outs
• People and resource management skills
• Commercial awareness
• Adaptability to IT systems
• Good knowledge of trades
• Multi-skilled in various trades
• Responsibility-taking
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal certification
• PASMA, IPAF, NVQ (preferred but not essential)
• CSCS Card
• Driver's License
• Willingness to travel
