  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any site-based issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project programme.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for the client on site, building strong working relationships and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Mentoring and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the site team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from design to construction, resolving any technical queries and ensuring buildability.

Skills and Experience:
  • Significant experience as a Site Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
