Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group on a UK construction site seeks a proactive assistant to support quality control and ensure design-spec standards are met. You will help produce permits, coordinate CAT scanning management, and work with designers to highlight risks and opportunities.

The role requires on-site collaboration to uphold health, safety and environmental standards, liaise with the site team on materials, maintain progress records, and prepare as-built AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality control to ensure standards per design specifications.
• Assist in producing permits to break ground (CAT scanning management).
• Collaborate with designers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards on site per client and company requirements.
• Liaise with the site team to approve materials meeting specifications.
• Keep accurate records of progress reports, site diaries and resource allocations.
• Produce as-built drawings in AutoCAD.
