Smart Managed Solutions in West Hampstead is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a high-profile contract. This Monday-Friday role (08:00-17:00) focuses on delivering PPM, reactive and breakdown works across site electrical and mechanical systems.

You will need knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators and LV systems, with fault-finding using alarm data. You will manage engineering assets and drive improvements while maintaining CAFM records and health-and-safety compliance.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical or building-services engineering.
• 18th Edition BS7671 City and Guilds.
• Experience in maintenance of building-services systems.

Mansioni

• Lead on-site senior engineering contact, providing technical leadership.
• Deliver and assure planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose problems across electrical and mechanical systems and coordinate specialist support.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, KPIs and standards.
• Maintain accurate CAFM records and asset documentation.
• Support audits, lifecycle planning and energy-management initiatives.
• Ensure work complies with health-and-safety requirements.
