Job summary

Smart Managed Solutions is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Greater London. This role involves delivering effective PPM and reactive maintenance services on various electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring their operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be formally trained in electrical installations, possess knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, and generator systems, and demonstrate strong fault-finding abilities. Qualifications

• Experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with relevant electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Formally trained in building services maintenance.
• Ability to manage engineering assets and provide timely maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM, reactive, and breakdown works on site electrical and mechanical systems.
• Carry out routine PPM on all electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain suitable spares for maintenance and reactive works.
• Keep the Computer-Based Maintenance System up to date.
• Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Skills

Knowledge of air conditioning

Knowledge of LV systems

Fault-finding abilities using graphical information

Education

City and Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ
