Job summary

BGIS is looking for a Site Electrical Engineer to support a London Bridge facility. You will maintain critical M&E systems, perform PPM tasks, and handle reactive and breakdown works, diagnosing faults across air conditioning, UPS, generators and LV systems.

You will coordinate with BGIS staff and subcontractors, operate a Permit to Work system, and keep comprehensive records in the Maximo CMMS while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical M&E plant including air conditioning and electrical services.
• Experience with fault finding on building systems and alarm data.
• Familiarity with CBM/CMMS tools and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine PPM on mechanical & electrical plant per site schedules.
• Handle reactive/breakdown tasks and coordinate improvements.
• Supervise sub-contractors and ensure safe operation on site.
• Operate Permit to Work and maintain safe working practices.
• Keep accurate records in CMMS and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
• Maintain a clean, secure plant environment and PPE standards.
