Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a fully automated warehouse in Derbyshire. You will maintain and fault-find across conveyors, automated handling systems and electrical equipment, working on challenging automated environments.

The role requires a Level 3 engineering qualification and 5+ years’ experience with a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious and able to work independently while following strict health and

Qualifications

• Level 3 engineering qualification is essential.
• Electrically biased background with automation experience.
• Around 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong maintenance, fault-finding and repair skills.
• Background in automation, logistics, conveyors or FMCG environments.
• Comfortable working in a highly automated warehouse and at heights up to 32 metres.
• Rotating 12-hour day and night shift availability.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on automated systems.
• Fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and identify root causes.
• Support reliability and performance of site equipment.
• Work across conveyors, automated handling systems, motors, sensors and control systems.
