Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is looking for a Site Agent/Senior Agent for their projects in the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining quality control.

Applicants should have extensive experience in managing complex projects, particularly within National Highways, and be prepared to tackle a variety of responsibilities from site setup to subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Experience on National Highways and complex resurfacing projects.
• More than ten years’ experience across various sectoral projects.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and difficult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day supervision of the construction site.
• Ensure adherence to HSEQS protocols on site.
• Coordinate site setup and manage relationships with sub-contractors.
