Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the Thames Water region. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate construction activities and ensure works meet safety, programme, and contractual requirements.

You will work with engineering teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive successful delivery on live sites, with a strong emphasis on sequencing and NEC contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civils or infrastructure projects.
• Experience across earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, utilities, highways, rail, energy or other major civil engineering schemes.
• Strong site management experience.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and NEC contracts.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Agents to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Thames Water region.

We are looking to speak with Site Agents who have a strong background in heavy civils or infrastructure projects. Experience across earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, utilities, highways, rail, energy or other major civil engineering schemes would be highly relevant.

The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, a good understanding of construction sequencing and be comfortable managing complex activities under NEC contracts.
