Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Thames Water region. You will work with the Site Agent to plan site activities, manage resources and ensure safety, quality and programme delivery.

The role suits someone with an engineering background, with experience in heavy civils or infrastructure works such as reinforced concrete, earthworks, drainage, pipelines, utilities, highways or rail.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy civils or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, earthworks, drainage, pipelines, utilities, highways, rail.
• Sub Agent or Senior Engineer seeking greater responsibility.
• Willingness to take on long-term infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of site activities.
• Assist health and safety, quality assurance and programme delivery.
• Work closely with Site Agent and project team.
• Ensure construction works are planned, resourced and delivered per requirements.
