Leading Drinks Brand
Fancy joining one of the coolest and most recognisable drinks brands around?
We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join the award-winning marketing team of a leading drinks brand in Leeds.
This is a big, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting things done and brings a genuine can-do attitude. You’ll take the lead on shopper marketing across the Off-Trade, turning ambitious brand strategy into compelling customer stories and standout activations across grocery, convenience and wholesale.
You’ll manage two direct reports and work closely with Sales, Category, customers, retail media partners and agencies.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants layers of process and lengthy sign-offs. This is a small, entrepreneurial team behind a huge consumer brand, so you’ll need to be comfortable spinning multiple plates, making things happen and mucking in when needed.
In return? You’ll get the opportunity to make a genuine impact at one of the coolest and best-loved drinks brands around.
You’ll have at least five years’ experience in shopper/customer marketing, ideally gained within FMCG.
Drinks experience would be a major advantage, but we’re equally interested in people from other fast-moving consumer brands who understand grocery and convenience and know how to create shopper activity that gets noticed.
Most importantly, we’re looking for the right attitude.
You’ll be:
Experience working with drinks, premium or youth-focused consumer brands would be particularly attractive.
You’ll be joining a major UK drinks brand while working within a relatively small, entrepreneurial team.
You get the scale, visibility and excitement of a household-name consumer brand without the layers you might associate with a huge corporate. Good ideas can become reality quickly and your contribution will genuinely matter.
The culture is passionate, proud, entrepreneurial, hard-working and hungry for success. Nobody is afraid to muck in.
If you’re a shopper marketer who gets energy from pace, autonomy and responsibility, loves bringing big consumer brands to life at the point of purchase and has the can-do attitude to make things happen, this could be a seriously exciting next move.
