Alstom is seeking a Senior Shift Production Manager for our Seven Kings depot in London. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance services that keep London moving.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing maintenance or production operations in a safety-critical environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services on time and within budget.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with manuals, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with planning, engineering, and operational teams to meet service objectives.
• Foster strong leadership and communication practices across shift operations.
