Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to join our fast-growing Southern-style Smokehouse team in the UK. You will lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations while supporting team development and upholding high standards. The role includes on-duty management responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to coach and communicate effectively on shift.
• Ability to act as Manager on Duty when required.

This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making. The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
