Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead shift teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will set shift standards, coach staff, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed, ensuring operational excellence and people standards across the restaurant.

We offer a competitive hourly package up to £16.51 including tips, with opportunities for progression within a growing Southern-style smokehouse group in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and staff development.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and supervise team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and drive performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
