Job summary

Tronox Limited is seeking a SHEQ Senior Systems & Certification Advisor at its Stallingborough site. You will coordinate the site’s management systems and ISO certifications, supporting risk management, safety, health and environment across operations.

You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and partner with operations to embed risk-based improvements using Power BI dashboards and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent safety qualification.
• Lead ISO Auditor certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of COMAH regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance activities.
• Lead audits and governance across SHEQ disciplines.
• Maintain and improve integrated SHEQ management systems.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics for reporting to SLT.
