Bohr Limited invites a proactive HSE Manager to lead our health, safety and environmental agenda across office and site operations in Stone, Staffordshire. You’ll own management systems, keep ISO certifications in great shape, and drive a practical, people-first safety culture that improves how we plan, build and operate.

You will manage audits, regulatory compliance, RAMS, incident investigations and supplier quality requirements, while mentoring HSE staff and partnering with project managers

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading HSE in engineering, construction, utilities or energy projects.
• Proven track record maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications and leading internal audits.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK H&S and environmental legislation, applied on live projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead management systems, audits, and certification activities; keep documents current and controlled.
• Plan and drive incident investigations, NCs and corrective actions with root-cause methods.
• Develop risk assessments, RAMS and permit-to-work processes; support site safety plans.
