Job summary

Lorien is seeking a SharePoint SME to maintain and enhance the SharePoint Online tenant, covering Teams, Viva Suite and related Microsoft 365 components. The role focuses on governance, training, and site provisioning in a modern architecture, with strong emphasis on user policies and risk mitigation.

The candidate will gather requirements, implement best practices, and develop web parts/adaptive cards, while supporting Power Platform deployments and automation using PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in developing SPFx web parts and adaptive cards.
• Experience creating governance policies for SharePoint Online.
• Experience automating admin processes with Power Automate, Power Apps and PowerShell (including PNP).
• Experience with JSON customization of SharePoint lists and migrations.
• SharePoint training and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the SharePoint Online tenant and governance.
• Implement best practices, training, site provisioning, and permissions management.
• Gather business requirements for solutions across Microsoft stack.
• Develop web parts and adaptive cards to improve processes.
• Support deployment of new Microsoft platforms such as Viva.
• Automate processes using PowerShell and related tools.
