Job summary

Manchester City Council is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to help modernise the Council's digital workplace. You will lead the design and implementation of SharePoint/Microsoft 365 solutions, improving information management and collaboration across services.

The role offers exposure to AI-enabled tools and evolving Microsoft technologies as part of an Employee Experience platform. You'll provide technical leadership, work in a project team of professionals, and help deliver secure,

Qualifications

Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
Ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of modern collaboration solutions.
Provide technical leadership on review and modernisation of the SharePoint estate.
Collaborate with services across the Council to deliver secure, reliable digital workplace.
Develop an Employee Experience platform based on SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
